Hi everyone, my name is Teresa Flowers and I have twenty-seven years of experience in long-term care. As the Administrator, I oversee the daily operations of our home to ensure all our residents are achieving the highest quality of life and reach our main goal- to return them to their prior level of function. I graduated from Pennsylvania College of Nursing, and over the years in my profession, I have worked as a nursing assistant, registered nurse, admissions coordinator, assistant director of nursing, director of nursing, and a business office manager. As an RN, I have clinical background and this in addition to my knowledge in federal and state regulations guarantees our residents will receive the highest quality of care. Amy Dziczek, RN, Director of Nursing
My name is Amy Dziczek, I am the Director of Nursing at Ridgeview Healthcare. I have had experience as an RN in long-term care for 22 years and acted as a DON for 10 years. When I am home, I love spending time with my children. I immediately felt at home when I started at Ridgeview a few months ago. The atmosphere is welcoming and a wonderful place for anyone’s family to stay should they ever need our services. The staff make certain to go above and beyond each day to make our residents happy and comfortable during their length of stay. As the DON, I will always guarantee my resident’s quality of care is superlative and if there is any issues, I will do everything in my power to resolve it. Corey Pronio, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing
Hello, my name is Corey Pronio and I am the Assistant Director of Nursing at Ridgeview. I worked at the facility for 9 years, first as a PCA. In 2015 I received my LPN license. In 2019 I received my RN license and was promoted to Unit Manager. When I am not at work, I enjoy going to concerts with my friends. My goal is to make sure all needs of our residents are met each day in the level of care they receive both medically and individually. The most important thing to me is that our residents are shown the same compassion and care they are given by their family because when they come to stay with us, they become part of our family. I am always available to answer any questions you have for your loved ones. It is a pleasure to work with your loved one, I am always available should you need to reach out.
Thomas Flamini, Assistant Administrator
My name is Thomas Flamini and I am the Assistant Administrator at Ridgeview. I have been with the facility since 2018 and originally worked in maintenance as the Maintenance Director. I got my bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Bloomsburg University. Over the years, I was a teacher and am currently the band director at Mahanoy Area School. Due to my past job positions, I have several years of experience in an administrator role. With my current role, I am given the opportunity to get to know each of the residents we have and learn more about their likes and dislikes. I am happy to assist them or their families with anything they might need to ensure the residents feel at home and their standards of being cared for go beyond their expectation.
Jamie Pennypacker, Staffing Coordinator
Hi! My name is Jamie Pennypacker, and I have called Ridgeview my home for four years. I worked in long-term care for the past 12 years. I began as an activity aide, then I was promoted to Activities Director. Just this past summer I took on the role as the Staffing Coordinator at the facility. In my role, I am able to make certain your loved ones are receiving the care they need and deserve. Because of my past experience, I was able to speak with the residents each day and am very well aware of the staffing needs they require so they know we are doing everything to maintain exceptional care. I will go above and beyond to see that my residents’ safety in care is put first and that includes working around the clock to make sure of this. When I am home, I spend time with my family. We love to be outdoors and go camping. I am always available for questions.

My name is Jeffrey Mazack. I am the Maintenance and Housekeeping Director. I have been at Ridgeview for four years. My departments include maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation.
Melissa White, Activities Director
My name is Melissa White, I have been the Activities Director for the facility since July of 2021. I plan the daily and monthly events that the residents enjoy. Giving the residents an enhanced quality of life by offering creative expressive activities that empowers each resident to learn something new is my goal with a smile every day. Originally from the coal region I enjoy the fine ethnic foods and traditions with family and friends. I enjoy traveling to see and take pictures of the Light houses along the East Coast and walking the trails of Pennsylvania’s great outdoors with my family.
Maria Oberto, Business Office
My name is Maria Oberto and I have been the Business Office Manager at Ridgeview for a little over the year. Prior to my current position, I worked as an office manager, and the Account Executive in home health staffing. I graduated from DeSales University with a bachelor’s in History and from Saint Joseph’s University with my master degree of Healthcare Administration. My role involves a variety of tasks, but most importantly, ensuring that the daily financial needs of the residents are secure and they are receiving the highest quality of care. Being able to see and speak with all our residents everyday makes coming to work enjoyable because we get to know each other on a personal level and it is a privilege I will always be grateful for. Lisa Sypniewski, Admissions
Hello, my name is Lisa Sypniewski and I am the Admission Coordinator at Ridgeview. I have worked in long-term for over 20 years and have been with Ridgeview for five years. Prior to my role as the Admission Coordinator, I was the business office manager of the facility. I also have background knowledge as a staffing coordinator, human resources, and marketing developer. In my role, I am given the privilege to be one of the first people my residents will meet. I ensure they are aware that during their time at our home, they will be receiving the best quality of care, no matter their length of stay. Cassy Mazack, Dietary Manager
My name is Cassy Mazack and I am the Dietary Manger at Ridgeview. I worked at the facility for six years and begun as a cook and kitchen aide. Prior to my role present, I was a full time kitchen aide. I look to ensure our resident’s dietary needs are maintained by overseeing the management of the kitchen. I manage daily food operations daily, assist in the recruitment of dietary staff and interact with our residents to make sure of satisfaction in their meals. I also make sure to understanding our resident’s health concerns and dietary requirements, to ensure food preparation follows strict health guidelines. Angela Whyne, Human Resources
My name is Angela Whyne and I am the Human Resources Manager at Ridgeview Healthcare. I have been with the facility for several months and have over a 2 years of experience in human resources. My daily tasks involve handling payroll and dealing with any issues that may occur with our facility’s staff. I work to resolve problems as quickly as possible to make certain our resident’s care is never interrupted or affected. I also am involved with the hiring of our staff. In doing this, I certify that I am only hiring the best caregivers and nurses to take care of your loved ones. Our standards and expectations of staff go beyond measures, so it is guaranteed that our residents receive proper treatment and care.
