History -

Nestled in the foothills of the Pennsylvania “coal region”, Ridgeview was originally built as a hospital to serve area coal miners in the early 1900’s. An annex for doctors was later added to the original structure, and eventually the historic building was converted to a nursing home.

Today -

We are excited to provide Schuylkill County with an entirely new level of care, reflective of our transformed exterior. Our remarkable staff is comprised of caring and devoted individuals who are attuned to our residents’ and patients’ specific needs.

We set the standard for our high caliber of restorative care – providing a sense of “homey” comfort and warmth as we deliver medical, emotional and social support on a personal level.
